Training Log 6-19-2013 ( Bench Day)

I feel like I’m getting stronger with my pressing. Been training with my buddy and mentor Danny Sawaya. He has been tweaking my program a little bit to help get me stronger in this area. Here was program.

 

A.) Incline Barbell Press worked up to 165lbs 1 set x 10 reps

B1.) Standing Strict Overhead Barbell Press 95lbs. 3 sets x 8 reps

B2.) Pull Ups 3 sets x 3-4 reps

C.) Pendelay Rows 125lbs. 3 sets x 10 reps

D.) Seesaw Kettlebell Presses 16kg 3 sets x 15 reps

E.) Rack Walks Kettlebells 28kg 3 rounds

F.) Metabolic Circuit- Farmers Walks 32 kg, Sled Drags 310lbs., Sled Marches 100lbs. 1 round
