A.) Overhead Double Kettlebell Presses 20kg 4 sets x 10 reps
B.) Bicep Curls with Dumbbells 30lbs 3 sets x 12 reps
C.) Standing Calf Raises Single Leg 20kg 4 sets x 25 reps
D.) Pull Aparts Skinny Band 4 sets x 25 reps
E.) Body Leg Curls with sliders 3 sets x 20 reps
F.) Push Ups with sliders 3 sets x 12 reps
