Training Log 5-12-2013 Bodybuilding Day

This is my bro day where I focus on areas that I want to bring up that I don’t really work on during the week. Here is my workout for the day.

 

A.) Overhead Double Kettlebell Presses 20kg 4 sets x 10 reps

B.) Bicep Curls with Dumbbells  30lbs 3 sets x 12 reps

C.) Standing Calf Raises Single Leg 20kg 4 sets x 25 reps

D.) Pull Aparts Skinny Band 4 sets x 25 reps

E.) Body Leg Curls with sliders 3 sets x 20 reps

F.) Push Ups with sliders 3 sets x 12 reps
