Still recovering energy wise from that bout with stomach flu I had last week. My strength is slowly coming back and I hope to be very productive this month. Here was my squat day program.
A.) Back Squats work to 90% and do a rep out set, 2 reps was all I could manage with a low energy day
B.) Goodmornings 165lbs. 3 sets x 8 reps
C.) Walking Lunges 3 sets x 12 reps
D.) Front Squats 95lbs. 4 sets x 10 reps
